A family of four sits at the dinner table, talking like crazy but not to each other. After dinner and the food is put away it its specific place, the house has everyone in it but it is as quiet as a mouse. Texting like a wild man this family can’t spend one second away from any of their electrical devices. Cell phones and other electrical devices have changed lives all around the world in miraculous ways. People’s lives have been changed by, humans being able to call for help in an emergency, and also cell phones have helped the military save countless lives.
Many americans who get robbed can now call for help or take a picture of the robber. For example if a Shell gas station was getting robbed and behind the counter was an emergency cell phone that goes straight to the police station, the robber would get caught by the time the robber gets what he wants. Also if there was a customer who was on his phone, he could take a picture or a video of the robber.And because of this video or picture the police would be able to lookout for this man on the streets.Also another way cell phones help people in an emergency is with old aged men and women. With a few taps of a button old aged men and women can call for help when they have fallen and cant get up. Old aged man and women aren’t the only one who would use the phone this way. If a person is having a heart attack someone could call 911 and then begin cpr if they know how. So cell phone have changed lives in helping save lives many time during the day.
With war all around the world and people dieing because of the war, cell phones have also helped end wars faster and helped the military find the leaders of the enemy faster.For example, if an armed terrorist pins down American soldiers the soldiers can call for help without risking being shot. Also if the FBI can’t find a dangerous person they could track the persons phone. Before phones or cameras were invented a dangerous person could just roam the United Stated and try to avoid police officers. If cell phones or other electrical devices weren’t invented the military wouldn’t be able to save lives or track dangerous men and or women.
Saving lives and protecting citizens Are just a few ways how the cellphone has affected people’s lives. But if the cell phone wasn’t such a big deal families would spend more time together and talk to one another a dinner.
